Gay Hollywood Gallery
Our tour guides will really set you straight – if only THEY were! Okay, not all of us (Sorry, Brian!). The Gays and Hollywood go hand in hand. We love a good musical, we love a good diva and we love love love a good tragedy. One of our unsung heroes is a man named Johnny Arthur who paved the way for gays being represented on the big screen. The Hayes censorship code ruined his career and he died in 1951. Until last year, Johnny rested in an unmarked grave. With the proceeds from our first Dearly Departed Weekend in 2012, we raised the money to finally give Johnny a much deserved grave marker!
